How do I ensure my coffee beans stay fresh?
To maintain optimal flavor, store your coffee beans in a cool, dark place inside an airtight container. Avoid refrigeration or freezing, as moisture can compromise the quality and aroma of the beans.
What is your return policy for food and beverage items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on coffee, tea, or powders. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service within 30 days for a replacement or refund.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our roasting facility.
